San Diego real estate sales in the month of February 2012 showed strong gains over January 2012 while the the number of homes for sale continues to decline for the seventh straight month.

With the inventory of homes for sale in San Diego being at such low levels and the demand for great properties so high, right now is a great time to sell your home. With fewer homes on the market you'll have less competition with other homes and a higher chance of getting multiple offers. Sounds like a sellers market doesn't it . . . it's happening.
