National Trails Day

One way to give back to our beautiful communities and have fun doing it is to participate in National Trails Day this Saturday, June 5 at Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve in Rancho Penasquitos from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

The kids will enjoy pony rides and a petting zoo while adults are volunteering for trail and park maintenance projects including tree planting and pruning, chip spreading,
ranch house maintenance, trail trimming and repair.

Lunch is provided to all volunteers while relaxing to music by the Trails and Rails. It will be a fun day of camaraderie for all!
