San Diego Real Estate Prices Rebound

The S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Indices measures the residential housing market, tracking changes in the value of the residential real estate market in 20 metropolitan regions across the United States.

The latest Home Price Report shows the San Diego real estate market as one of the strongest in the country with prices increasing 5.9 percent in January 2010 compared to the previous year.

Other California real estate market showing strong price appreciation are Los Angeles with a 3.9 percent increase and San Francisco with a 9.0 percent improvement.

San Diego real estate prices are on the rise, as are interest rates. Now is the time to take advantage of low prices and interest rates.
